This piece deals with silence, silence that is not because of peace but silence that is the result of fear because of violence.

Patrick Hilario is a surrealist artist who lives in Bulacan, Philippines. He learned to draw by copying images into toy text and Pogs. While studying, he participated in various art competitions. He is currently taking Fine Arts Major in Visual Communication at the University of the Philippines, Diliman.
