Come Back

Oil on Canvas

7.8 x 11.8 inches

"come back" examines how loss endures after a loved one passes away. The figure embraces not the animal itself, but its outline. A void shaped by memory, what is absent still carries the warmth of what once was. "come back" explores grief as an act of holding, the instinct to embrace an emptiness rather than release it, and the quiet insistence that love persists beyond presence.
