This is my self portrait, i day dream a lot. My body is here but my mind is always somewhere else. I always do this when I'm bored especially in boring situations like in school and in long commuting. I see myself like this, being happy with his own thoughts.

Rymnd Gev is A multi disciplinary artist whos works includes painting, sculpture, mixed media art and art toys. He finished Bachelor of Fine Arts major in advertising at Technological University of the Philipppines. Even whn he was a student, he won numerous awards from prestigious national art competitions. In 2017, he won 1st place in the National Student Art Competition, 1st place in Manila Bulletin in 2018 and National Finalist in Metrobank Art and Design Excellence in the same year. Rymnd Gev's artworks have had deeply rooted in his love of 90s Pop Culture. From video games, movies, retro toys has greatly influenced his art style. He often use unusual things for his artworks because for him, artwork is not limited to pigments on canvasses. He uses 80s and 90s vintage pinoy toys and teks in his mixed media arts. Immortalizing the era he grew up through his artworks.
