This diptych piece is about the strength it takes to break away from conformity. The left panel shows a crowd of identical, faceless figures, one interrupted by a bright blue circle that marks someone who doesn’t fit in. In the right panel, the narrative continues as that same figure is seen walking away, like a quiet act of rebellion. This piece reclaims the idea of the “bad apple” as someone who dares to think differently and step outside the system in search of knowledge and wisdom.
