Last June, I had a check-up, and my results showed high blood sugar levels, putting me in the diabetic range. During that time, I cut out all sugary foods and desserts. Now that my sugar levels have improved, I’m allowed to enjoy a very thin slice of cake so I won’t hit the prediabetic stage again!
