Through my painting of old mossy pair of shoes of different style that could represent same gender or any gender. My painting tries to depict romantic same sex relationship. Succulents symbolize enduring and timeless love for they are tenacious plants that store water in their thick leaves and stems. They offer us a positive example by conserving water and flourishing in very difficult circumstances, same as the bitter sweetness of same sex love/attraction/relationship.
