Bin(Go) takes its reference from the bingo game commonly found in peryas (local fairs). In this game of chance, twenty-four bas-relief sculptures depict women and their multifaceted roles within society and the economy. At the center is a clown wearing a Barong Tagalog and holding a gavel inscribed with words associated with women's rights and protection.

Bin(Go) serves as a commentary on the ways government systems performatively legislate women-centered issues while maintaining structures of control and spectacle. At the same time, it gently advocates for the improvement of these systems by emphasizing the importance of women's voices taking precedence in matters that directly concern them.
