A new species of orchid discovered by Jayson Mansibang and team last 2023 in Pantabangan-Carrangalan Watershed Forest Reserve in Nueva Ecija. The orchid was named after Dr. Peter B. Pelser, co-founder of the Co’s Digital Flora Database. The orchid was the second new flora species to be illustrated by the artist and was published last January 2024.
