A person suffering from despair and mental problems is depicted in the painting. As a result of her sorrowful face with pouring honey, her own thoughts chews her up. This has been my experience throughout my life. I wanted to make a visual picture of my inner turmoil and suffering. Life isn't always easy, but it is important to appreciate what we have. The flow of honey is unpredictable. Life is the same way. We have no idea what will happen to us the next day. As a result, acceptance and living in the "Now" are required.
