Jumjum Ouano is an artist and political activist. He is a graduate of Bachelor of Fine Arts major in Advertising at University of Bohol, Philip- pines but practices in various non-government organizations as field co- ordinator, community organizer and information, educational campaign materials designer. With roots from Bohol and Cebu, he is a proud Bisaya, regularly exploring the Visayas islands with his backpack and cellphone camera.
