Abril Dominic Valdemoro, born and raised in Masbate City. Studied Fine Arts Major in Painting at the University of the Philippines. Most of his paintings and sculptures depicts how the powerful uses their own selfish acts just to pursue what they want not minding the struggles of the people below them. Some shows how the lowest of the low like the laborers who do their job earnestly just to earn a living. He find most of his inspirations, from observing what is lacking, what is missing, what should be done and asking the question what will be our country's future.
